Ice cream or sorbet?
When choosing frozen desserts, keep in mind that the gourmet or premium brands often have more unhealthy saturated fat. A half-cup of gourmet ice cream has 12 grams of fat because it's made with cream. Compare that to the low-fat products or frozen yogurt with 3 grams. Even better, try sherbet with only 2 grams, or sorbet with none.
