One-minute stress-relieving technique
The next time you're facing a situation that annoys you, try this one-minute technique for busting stress: Place your hand just beneath your navel so you can feel the gentle rise and fall of your belly as you breathe. Breathe in slowly and deeply, and hold your breath for a count of three. Breathe out slowly and pause for a count of three. Repeat the cycle for a minute or so.
