Recognizing hunger

Many people confuse feelings like stress and fatigue with hunger. Before you snack, ask yourself, "Am I hungry?" If the answer is yes (your stomach feels hollow, your head is achy), make sure you're not just thirsty. Drink some water and wait 10 to 15 minutes.
